The Tradies Bitch

I can remember a day where I looked forward to sitting down each night and writing these blog entries. However at that time I was also trimming off more then 2kgs a week so I guess I was a bit more enthusiastic! Stupid losing weight through good eating and exercise... Life was so much simpler when all I had to do was drink 2 chemical filled diet shakes a day and suck on a piece of fish for dinner!

Having said all that though I was extremely excited to step on the ol Wii Fit this morning and see the stunning result of 91.8kgs present itself!! I think by the end of May I will be back under 90kgs where I belong! And the rest of you can just all stew in your fat juices.

My week has been an exciting one of exercise craziness!!!
Monday at the gym was cardio - 3km run and other things for fun
Tuesday was body pump class and total abs - almost killed me :( My back started to feel strained during the squat track so I was doing something wrong... Squatting has always been a talent of mine.

Lasst night I did not go to the gym as I had a catch up dinner at the Tradies club with some ol Skinny bitch fans.. I was good and had the grilled fish of the day (flavourless piece of sea crap that it was) and asked for vegies instead of salad and chips... However what I got was a small serviging of vegies dripping in butter and... A MASSIVE PILE OF CHIPS. I nibbled on a few of the chips as I am not a total Amish.

To make up for that I was at the gym this morning before work and will be going again after work. I have gone for a 40 minute walk each lunch time this week so looking fineeee!!!

Missed a few days bitch!

I wonder of blog spot will kick me off for my constant use of the word bitch!!?? BRING IT ON BITCH!!

Missed a few days out of severe depression!! On Saturday after a very healthy morning at the gym and with good food I went to a tupperware party (and don't you dare judge me fatties because tupperware has CHANGED MY LIFE and it would change yours as well if, like me, you spent upwards of $200 at every party you went to... mine is in August) and at this party there were nibbles.. So I had a few spinach and ricotta triangles, some cheese and crackers and a sampling of the toblerone dip (oh yes, there is such a thing). So anyway to be honest I only really nibbled on everything it is like the ONLY DAY in the entire fracking week that I ate anything bad.. I have even left a Time Out bar propped up on my desk at work to teach me to avoid temptation so one meal off a week should not hurt right? WRONG!
We are all DOOMED people because the next morning I jumped on the Wii Fit and I seemed to have a sky rocketed a full kilo?? WTF MATE!

Ok so I know that weight can change plus or minus of 1kg each day but it just ruined the progress it looked like I was making after one week. I guess it will have to be a case of no indulgences for a few weeks whilst I put my body into a fat burning mode!! Yes that is right I believe in such a thing as a fat burning mode!

So anyway it was well and truly back on the bandwagon after that. No gym on Sunday but a decent bush walk/hike up a mountain with some friends followed by a salad for lunch. Today was the following (and in this order)

Toast with smoked salmon
cereal bar
nut bar
chicken and avocado sandwich
vanilla yogurt
(30 mins cardio at the gym)
chicken vegies and a bit of pasta

Wii Fit oh arch nemesis of mine... Tomorrow is another day!!!

Oh and I seem to be teetering on 93-92.9kgs at the moment...

Just a Tired Bitch

I have a question for you! Who pops a sleeping pill then decides to play Xbox and write a blog entry? This bitch that is who!!

And before you get all "you should not take sleeping pills unless you need them Skinny Bitch" let me just say that they were from a health food shop... They are also very good :D

Anyway temptation reared it's ugly head today.. Twice!! The ugly fucker could just not stay away. First of all it was in the form of scrumptious looking berry and white choc muffins - so fresh they were still hot in the bag!! They were kind of easy to say no to as it was still early and I had not long eaten breakfast.. Then later in the day it was the fund raiser person.. Yes that person in the office selling choccies for their kids sports team to go to Bali or some crap! I walked past the box like 10 times then finally folded and purchased some..........but did not eat them.. They are still sitting in the cupboard. I think it is good to keep some temptations in the house so that I can learn to become strong and resist them.. right? Chances are that I will just give in to temptation eventually and eat the lil buggers but oh well... We shall see how I go.

Today I ate food.... in this order.

Oats with banana and honey
cereal bar
nut bar
tuna sandwich
yogurt with almonds
satay chicken
protein shake....

I went to the gym and I did the following -
5 mins jogging on treadmill
squats
chest press
russian twists
triceps
bicep curls
lat pull downs
seated row
1000m on the rower..

That was my strength program with some substituions thrown in as my new gym is crazy busy on a week day night... But haazaah for me.. I over came a fear tonight. I have always feared going in and working out amoungst all the big boof heads doing their thing in the weights area. But tonight I threw caution to the wind (my own as I ate a very garlic laced dinner an hour before going to the gym). Many thanks I guess go to my new gym buddy Marky B.. I doubt I would not be pushing myself as hard if I was not trying to keep up with him... I just wish the pain would go away.. stupid pain :(

Tired and sore bitch!!

Ok so I did not end up posting yesterday but that is ok... Not like anyone is aware of this blog now that I am no longer sharing it on Facebook :P

Which is kind of a good thing. I think I need the anonymity of a non Facebook blog so that I can say whatever the hell I want about whoever the hell I want. That will show those fat bastards who is boss.

Ok so let us consider this our starting point! It is the 28th of April 2010 and I am hoping to be about 88kg or lower by the 5th of July 2010 (which is when I leave for a pacific cruise). So in my usual loser style I have been jumping on the wii fit each morning to get a rough idea of where I am at... On Monday I was 93.5kg.... Today I am 93.3kg... Since I started considering getting into shape my weight on the wii fit has been all over the place, with a high point of 93.9 and only ever dipping below 93 on the 25th of April to 92.9.

Sadly my fat friends my big weakness is the weekends... I stop exercising and I socialise and eat junk. It is up to this stupid blog to keep me in line and help me make the better choice - whilst indulging still from time to time.

Today's food choices were decent

Breakkie - Special K
Snack - Cereal Bar
Snack - Fruit Bar
Lunch - Boiled egg sandwich with cottage cheese
Snack - Light Vaalia yoghurt
snack - nut bar
Dinner - teriyaki chicken breast with mushrooms and steamed broccoli

35 minutes of interval training cardio at the gym followed by a lite protein shake! :D

Not too bad for an old poofter?

So let us see where we go from here
(oh and week catch up for the gym - Monday was my strength program and Tuesday was a just abs class followed by body pump)

FYI I AM DYING AND IN PAIN!

The Bitch That Was Once Skinny

It has been a while since I have decided to write a blog... And it has probably been for the best.. I see The Skinny Bitch being a lot like Hey Hey It's Saturday.. Yes it was monumental in it's time and yes it was very sad to see it go. But the world has moved on... As has my big fat ASS!!!!!

Yes fatties I am not very happy with how I have maintained my skinny bitchness over the last 2 years... I am far from being the fat slob I once was but I am not the figure of beauty and glamour that you had all come to know and love..

So it is with a heavy heart that I return to the net to keep a diary of my fitness exploits in order to help me reach and maintain my goals. As of right now I am about 94.5kgs and I want to be down to about 88 or less by the time I head on my cruise in July. Yes the bitch will be off to the pacific islands with his beloved side kick Seany... And the bitch would like to be able to sit on the beach of a pacific island shirtless without fear of being harpooned by a Japanese fishing vessel!

So I guess a good place to start is with what has changed - I have moved to a different area and have joined a new gym which is just over the road (So no excuses for not missing a session).

Anyway I will not put in too many boring details today... I will do a full update tomorrow.

Skinny Bitch 2 Week Challenge - Day 10

It seems that my brain is dead in both the evening and in the morning because no matter which time out of the two that I choose to type a blog I just do not seem to know where to start because I am feeling like a bit of zombie craving some brains..

mmmm brains!

I think I redeemed myself today a bit fatties! There was joyous healthy eating and exercise to OH WOW the ad for Bruno's Truffles was just on I sooo need to go there.. ANYWHOOO

So yes who wants to know how healthy my day was...... *the sound of one hand clapping can be heard*

  • Brekkie - Celeb Slim 4 him Vanilla Shake
  • Snack - Blueberry snack bar
  • Lunch - Sandwhich with healthy shit on it
  • Snack - Muesli bar
  • Dinner - Lean Cuisine chicken pasta thing
  • Snack - Sticky date yogurt..
Oh how I do love a sticky date!

And my personal trainer yesterday thought he would be an absolute bastard and make me run around the oval in Dickson doing all sorts of crazy sprinting and jogging and boxing and OH GOD IT ALMOST KILLED ME!

Skinny Bitch 2 Week Challenge - Day 9

FAT SAUSAGE

Well not really but you know... A mental block seems to have been put into my mind since losing weight that prevents me from committing to any further 'challenges' as it would seem.

I say this because my one HUGE weakness came into my life last night. It was Pizza and it was AWESOME! OH stuffed crust and chicken wings dripping from my chin in an oily fatty mess.. Oh I could feel the calories and crap surging through my system, it was almost orgasmic... OK going to far.

Apart from that I actually ate quite well but -FAIL- I did not go to the gym -EPIC FAIL- Ba BOW!
However that can be this weeks indiscretion I guess (even though I said that last week when eating Chinese for dinner yet I still went on to have hot cross buns and various other bits of crap later in the week).
Still we shall see what the results of the challenge are in a few days!


  • Brekkie - Toast with vegemite
  • Snack - Muesli bar
  • Lunch - Sand which with chicken, cottage cheese, carrot, avocado on cape seed bread
  • Snack - Tuna and crackers
  • Dinner - PIZZZAAA Fat lil piggy :P
I also snacked on some jelly snakes during the day to keep my sugar levels happy and healthy.
OH that pizza is just sitting in my gut like a giant egg..... I feel myself putting on weight as we speak.
